All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Since our products are handcrafted, slight delays may occur during high-demand periods. In such cases, customers will be informed in advance.

Shipping Time

• Domestic Shipping (India): 7–12 business days after dispatch

• Remote Locations: May take an additional 2–3 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order size, and weight. Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed before payment.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to deliver on time, Metaleaf is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural events, strikes, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you promptly.
